Violinist

Throughout her lifetime career,
Mary Budd Horozaniecki has been
in equal demand as an outstanding violinist, distinguished scholar, classical performing artist and honored pedagogue. She has appeared nationally as a soloist and in collaboration with chamber ensembles and orchestras.

A frequent master class presenter and guest artist at colleges and universities, Mary currently holds the title Senior Lecturer in Music at Carleton College and teaches at Augsburg and Macalester Colleges in Minnesota.

Ms Horozaniecki is a two-time fellowship winner at the Blossom Festival School, and has studied at the Meadowmount School of Music. She is an Honors graduate in the school of music at Indiana University where she was privileged to be mentored by the late Josef Gingold. Mary also studied with Margaret Pardee of the Juilliard School, Emily Austin and Menahem Pressler.
